Arrive in Casablanca, transfer to hotel (D)
Arrive in Casablanca (airport code: CMN) and meet at the assigned hotel (details to be provided) OR if you purchase airport transfers through us (Highly Recommended), then you are met at the airport and transferred to our nearby hotel. Your airport transfer person will provide you with details about when/where you will be meeting your local guide to begin the tour and meet your fellow travelers.
Dinner is included in the hotel tonight (typically until 10:00pm). Or that evening we highly recommend that you visit La Sqala, a wonderful outdoor restaurant located in an old fort on the waterfront. Here you’ll find some of the best kebabs and Tagine (the famous Moroccan meal) in Casablanca!
Overnight in Casablanca
Casablanca to Rabat (B, D)
With an early start, you will embark with the group on a city tour of Casablanca, the economical capital of Morocco. Visiting the Central Market, the Habbous district, the Royal Palace, Mohamed V Square, the residential area of Anfa and the outside of the mosque Hassan II.
Following our tour of Casablanca, the group travel to Rabat, where we will visit the Royal Palace (Mechouar), the Quadaya Kasbah, Mohamed V Mausoleum and Hassan Tower Mosque. In the evening, meet up with other group members and get to know your fellow trip mates better.

Rabat , Meknes, Volubilis, Fez (B, D)
After breakfast, depart for Meknes, famous for its 40 km long wal. Here the guide will give an orientation tour of this "Moroccan Versailles", which was founded at the end of the 17th Century by Moulay Ismail, a contemporary of Louis XIV. Also visit visit of the Bab Mansour, the Royal stables and the Jewish quarter. After lunch continue to the holy city of Moulay Idriss, followed by a visit to the impressive Roman ruins of Volubilis, dating from the 2nd and 3rd centuries. In the late afternoon travel to the famous city of Fez.

Day tour of Fez. (B)
After breakfast, join the guide for the much anticipated full day tour of Fez! Fez is the oldest of the imperial cities, home of the oldest university in the country, and is Morocco's leading cultural and religious center. Founded in 789, Fez is one of the oldest and largest medieval cities in the world; a city that is almost unchanged through the modern ages and still most definitely alive. History has provided the city with long periods of hardship, but Fez has never died. Today it has its own culture, pride, art and even cuisine. In Fez, you will visit the narrow streets of the medieval Medina, the Medersas, the Karaouine, and the Nejjarine fountains. You will also explore the celebrated Souks where craftsmen still labor in the age old oriental tradition.
Overnight in Fez
Fez to Marrakech (B)
This morning the group will travel to Marrakech via the Atlas Mountains. Going up and over the Atlas Mountains, you'll pass by the Berber village of Immouzzer du Kandar, Ifrane and enjoy lunch in Beni Mellal, one of the agricultural centers of Morocco. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon.

Day tour of Marrakech. OPTIONAL: Dinner and Fantasia show. (B)
After breakfast, you'll spend the entire day with the local guide exploring the fun and vibrant city of Marrakech; also known as the second Imperial City and the Pearl of the south. Marrakech sits in a lush oasis nestled at the foot of the snowcapped Atlas Mountains. You'll visit the famous Saadien Tombs, the Dar Si Said Museum, the Koutoubia Tower and the Bahia Palace.
After lunch visit one of the Souks and the "medina" (an exciting and exotic labyrinth where small shops are lined one next to the other selling Moroccan handicrafts). Feeling as if time has stopped still, the Souks are bustling with shoppers buying their goods and the craftsmen working in the most traditional ways. You will then visit the famous Djemaa El Fna Square, a unique location filled with animated jugglers, story-tellers, snake-charmers, and many other show men who entertain the crowds. Here you'll have free time to stroll among the locals and shop in the famous market. It'll be an exciting day and certainly one of the highlights of the trip!
OPTIONAL: Dinner and Fantasia show - Overnight in Marrakech
Marrakech to Casablanca (B, D)
You will have the morning at leisure to shop and/or further explore Marrakech until the group departs for the return trip to Casablanca where you'll enjoy one last night of fun with your new found friends before catching your flight home the following morning.
Dinner is included in the hotel tonight, OR if you didn’t visit the first night, we highly recommend that you visit La Sqala, a wonderful outdoor restaurant located in an old fort on the waterfront. Here you’ll find some of the best kebabs and Tagine (the famous Moroccan meal) in Casablanca!

Casablanca - Trip Ends & Airport Transfer (B)
Trip ends after breakfast. Make your own way to the airport OR if you purchased airport transfers through us, you are picked up at the hotel and transferred to the airport to catch your flight home.

At the time of printing, Visas are not required for US citizens visiting Morocco and staying less than 90 days. Please be sure to check with the Moroccan embassy in the US (or your country of citizenship) before the trip to ensure that this is still the case.

- Weather in Morocco is generally considered the best in Spring, Summer and Fall, with little to no rainfall. Temperatures range from a high of 78F (26C) during the day to a low of 48F (9C) at night… little cooler in Spring and Fall and a little warmer in the summer. Generally long light pants and a light jacket are best.
